Marymount Alumna Stars Crazy Stupid Love

Marymount alumna Analeigh Tipton ’08 stars in "Crazy, Stupid Love," a new film hitting theatres on July 29 in which the 22-year-old actor stars alongside Steve Carrell and Julianne Moore. Analeigh plays a 17-year-old babysitter to the unhappy couple’s 13-year-old boy and becomes an object of desire to him. The New York Times calls her “a character everyone will fall in love with.”

Analeigh looks back and credits Marymount College and Theatre Professor John Lane with “giving me the confidence necessary to succeed.”  During her sophomore year, she placed third in "America’s Next Top Model" and she has also been a competitive figure skater, a fashion model, and a guest star on the television series "The Big Bang Theory."  It's no wonder why the New York Times proclaimed Analeigh a “face to watch.”  To read the full New York Times article click here.
