“Your Personal Power-Up” focuses on navigating life’s varied changes by finding and connecting with the potential of your true self. Dr. Claudwell S. Thomas, M.D., M.P.H., who is co-author of the book and professor emeritus of psychiatry at UCLA, will address the five basic steps that are essential to personal empowerment and how to use change to take control of your emotions and realize personal and professional success through purposive striving.
